Worked with customers to implement the Epicor - Enterprise Resource Planning software for their business. This was done by coordinating the activities of a broad team of specialists both from Epicor and from third party suppliers.
· Reviewed manufacturing businesses to understand their requirements for a business system. This step was critical to determine not only the requirements but also the opportunities to be gained after the implementation of the ERP system.
· Translated customer’s requirements into processes realized through the software. This was done with the customer to give them ownership in the process.

· Reverse engineered and documented existing ERP system, created new reporting system that reduced late deliveries by 50%.
· Streamlined the month end close by creating reports for the outside accounting group. Also in using the information found the “winners” and “losers” of the products being produced for customers. Both of these process help bring about change on how jobs were being quoted and managed.
